Hamachi VPN
This is a shout out for Hamachi VPN. I use the basic version, which is free, to perform remote helpdesk for some people. I have a network set up that people can join to allow me to work on their machines remotely. It doesn't even matter if they are behind a firewall, which is great. It creates a LAN type environment in the cloud. Everyone connects to a 3rd party server which creates the tunnels between the machines on the network. It is a life saver for doing remote support.
